The operation involves constructing and rehabilitating storm drains in locations like Ogbeogonogo market, behind Asaba Specialist Hospital, Owa‑Alero, Osubi, Okuokoko, Ugolo‑Okpe, and the Warri axis, as well as implementing dual road drains to better manage heavy rainfall.
